This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made on dageno.ai, operated by DINGX LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to our Services, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Subscription Plans Overview
Dageno offers monthly and annual subscription plans for our AI visibility and brand monitoring platform. All plans are billed in advance in U.S. dollars (USD) and processed securely through Stripe.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with our Services for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial payment date.
This guarantee applies to:
- Your first purchase on any paid plan (monthly or annual)
- Upgrades from a free trial to a paid plan (14 days from upgrade date)
This guarantee does not apply to:
- Subsequent renewal charges after the initial billing period
- Plan upgrades made after the first 14 days of your subscription
- Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
3. Renewal Charges
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal charges are non-refundable.
- Monthly plans: No refunds for the current or remaining billing period after renewal.
- Annual plans: No pro-rated refunds for unused months after the 14-day window has passed.
To avoid being charged for a renewal, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@dageno.ai.
4. Service Credits for Downtime
We are committed to maintaining a 99% uptime SLA. If our platform experiences unplanned downtime that falls below this threshold in any given calendar month, affected subscribers on paid plans may request a pro-rated service credit.
- Credits apply to future billing cycles and are not paid out as cash refunds.
- Credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident.
- Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds in the following cases:
- Refund requests made after the 14-day money-back guarantee window
- Subscription renewal charges where cancellation was not made before the renewal date
- Partial use or non-use of the Service during a billing period
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Promotional pricing, discounted plans, or special offer subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)
- Add-ons or one-time purchases unless defective or not delivered
- Customers with enterprise contracts or custom enterprise agreements
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access to the platform until then.

After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export anything you need.
7. Disputed Charges & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support@dageno.ai before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate promptly. During an active payment dispute, we may temporarily restrict account access where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or abuse. Users may contact support@dageno.ai to appeal or provide supporting information.
